Choosing Colors for Screenprinting T-Shirts
Monday, April 26th, 2010Choosing colors for your screenprint t-shirts can be tricky. Remember to keep the client in mind, but you also want to match the mood or vibe of the design that will be on the t-shirt. A unique monster with disfigured features just won’t be the same if it’s done in baby pink.

Screen Printing Techniques – Foil Printing
Wednesday, April 14th, 2010Following on from our introduction post about working with graffiti website 010fuss on some sample clothing here is the first of a few posts about the different screen printing techniques that we tried out.
One of the first things that came to my mind when I saw this design was metalic! We decided that we would try two different techniques which both give a metalic effect but in a different way, so today I am going to be talking about the first technique which is called Foil Printing.
Experimenting with Screen Printing Techniques – Graffiti
Friday, April 9th, 2010
It seems to me that a lot of people see screen printing as a fairly straightforward and boring process, almost like a “one trick pony”. Over the coming weeks, I want to show you that screen printing is far from it, and in fact by using different inks and techniques, you can create some truly awesome effects that will not only make the most of your beautiful designs, but also make your t shirts and other clothing stand out from the crowd!
So to help us out in demonstrating some of our cool screen printing techniques, a friend of mine who runs graffiti website www.010fuss.com allowed us to use one of the 010fuss logos to make some sample clothing.
For each technique that we try out we will be bringing you some sweet images, going in depth into the production process, giving you an idea on cost, and giving you all the pro’s and con’s, so that you can have a balanced view on what technique is best for you, your designs, and your budget! Just make sure that you stay tuned, and subscribe to our RSS feed or email updates.

Graphic designs are very popular for a variety of reasons. One reason is because they allow a person to showcase their style in a simple way. Just pull on the t-shirt and you’re good to go, while saying something about your personality and style in the process. T-shirts can be worn with jeans daily, which explains why graphic t-shirts are a booming business.
T Shirt War Video – Behind The Scenes
Wednesday, April 7th, 2010As I was, *ahem* “researching” this afternoon and I came across the “Behind the scenes” video that goes with the T Shirt War video that we posted the other day.
I really like how they had a laptop setup so that they could see themselves in the last shot…VERY clever!
Happy days!
