Here at logos4polos we pride ourselves on providing high quality products at market leading prices, and on keeping the process of designing and printing bespoke items as simple as possible. We fill any size of order, from 1 to 10,000, and our printing and embroidery services offer the perfect solution for sports clubs, corporate branding and any other situation in which a unique, personalised design is called for.

How do I start an order?

The ordering process has been broken down into a handful of quick and simple steps. First you can browse our site to find precisely the garment or garments you require, from hoodies and high vis overalls to baby clothes and polo shirts. With thousands of items from the world’s leading brands in stock, you’re certain to be able to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Once you’ve found the right garment or item you can select the colour from a wide range and use our size chart to ensure you order the size which corresponds with your measurements.

How do I provide the logo or image I wish to use?

The next stage involves uploading the logo which you wish to have printed or embroidered onto your garments. The technology which we use to produce our finished items is state of the art, and our experienced technicians produce everything we sell in-house, maintaining the highest levels of consistency and quality.

What format should I use when uploading?

The best format for logos to be provided in is the PNG 24 format, with transparency information included, but there’s no need to panic if you don’t have a logo in this format. Our system is also capable of working with other png formats as well as gifs, jpegs and jpgs. If the logo which you upload is not of a high enough quality to produce the kind of excellent results which we pride ourselves on delivering then we’ll contact you and work together to create the best and most effective image possible.

What size should the uploaded artwork be?

In general terms, the best artwork will be that which is provided at the actual size of the print and is produced at 300DPI, a figure which relates to the number of pixels making up the image. For the finest results a vectorised image should be provided, which means that the lines, shapes and curves of the image are set out in a manner which means they won’t distort or pixelate if resized. It should also be noted that images to be printed onto a coloured garment should have a transparent background.

Do logos4polos provide help when working through the uploading process?

All of this technical information may sound slightly confusing, but rest assured we’re on hand through every step of the process. Unlike some companies we won’t accept a poor quality upload simply to get an order filled, as this will result in a poor quality final result. A dedicated account handler will guide you through the process, and make sure that the upload being used is good enough to get the job done.

If you don’t wish to have your garments personalised in any way, rest assured we’re more than happy to provide as many blank items as you require.

  • How do I measure garments?

    Each of our products is available in the full range of sizes, from Small to 3XL. To make sure you choose the correct size simply click on the size chart when placing your order, and select the size which corresponds to your chest measurement.

    Yes. Although we specialise in producing bespoke, personalised products, everything we sell is also available as a blank item. Just like our printed and embroidered garments, our blank items offer value, quality and a range of top brand names.

  • How much is UK delivery?

    Delivery to any address in the UK will cost £10, and goods will be delivered 7-10 days after the order has been placed. Should you need an order to be supplied more quickly than that, please ring our Customer Service Team on 0208 912 1430 and ask about our express delivery and 24 hour dispatch options.

  • How long does international delivery take?

    Depending upon exactly where in the world the order is being delivered to, an international delivery will take the same time as a UK delivery, plus an additional period of between 3 and 7 days.
