The terms and conditions outlined are designed to ensure that the Customers of Logos4polos can shop with confidence. At Logos4polos we strive to provide garments of the highest quality and design.


All prices used are Pounds Sterling and do not include VAT until the checkout.

Packaging and delivery charges to a single UK address will be shown on the website whenever incurred. Prices may be subject to change without notice, however, we will only alter the price when your order is confirmed.

Overseas Customers

Overseas visitors are welcome to use our website, however, prices will include VAT which is a UK sales tax currently calculated at 20%. This may not be payable under certain circumstances, however, additional costs for delivery may be applied. You can contact Logos4polos via the website for assistance in this matter.

Terms and Conditions Ordering

Place an order before 12 noon and get your order processed on the same day.


Our website will accept all major credit and debit cards at the time of ordering. Orders sent through the post with covering cheques will not be processed until the payment has been cleared. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Order Acceptance

When an order is placed it will be treated as an offer to buy and once accepted we will send you a email confirmation quoting a unique reference number, at this point we are making a legal contract with you. There are occasions, if necessary, that we may refuse your order in which case we will advise you by email as soon as possible.

On receipt of your email confirmation an opportunity will exist to check the details and correct any errors. The Company also reserves the right to contact various agencies to confirm identity or check credit rating.

Products & Availability

Products shown and described on our website may not always be in stock. In the event of this situation occurring an estimated delivery time will be provided, or an alternative product offered. It should be noted that delivery dates quoted are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation by Logos4polos to provide garments by a certain date.

Every effort has been made to display the products offered as accurately as possible, however, the colours you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. All sizes given are provided by the manufacturers and are approximate for guidance only.


Delivery is a single drop to a UK mainland address, deliveries to the Channel Islands will incur addition costs which will be advised by e.mail. Enquiries from elsewhere are welcome, however, contact should be made to establish shipping costs.

Deliveries within the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers whose normal delivery times are Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm. Delivery outside these times can also be arranged, however, additional costs will be charged. All deliveries must be Goods Damaged in Transit signed for and it is advisable that you keep your delivery receipt.

Goods Damaged in Transit

All goods are securely packed and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Unfortunately from time to time damage does occur in transit. In the event that your goods show obvious signs of transit damage please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening the carton you must inform logos4polos within 48 hours. In either case Logos4polos will arrange replacement garments as soon as possible.

Faulty Goods

We undertake that the goods will, in all material respects, comply with any general description which may be submitted to you, will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for normal usage. In the event that this is not the case, Logos4polos should be notified in writing of the fault within 10 days of their receipt.


No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from Logos4polos. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by Logos4polos.


The Company will accept cancellations on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. In the event that your order has been processed an artwork/origination cost plus a re-stocking charge will apply.

The conditions published above do not effect your Statutory Rights.

  • How do I measure garments?

    Each of our products is available in the full range of sizes, from Small to 3XL. To make sure you choose the correct size simply click on the size chart when placing your order, and select the size which corresponds to your chest measurement.

  • Need to make amendments to your order?

    If you need to make any amendments to your order, such as changing the number or type of garments you’d like to purchase, simply get in touch with our Customer Service Team on 0208 912 1430 . Lines are open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and our team will always do their best to ensure that the order you place is exactly as you’d like it to be.

  • Can I order blank items from logos4polos?

    Yes. Although we specialise in producing bespoke, personalised products, everything we sell is also available as a blank item. Just like our printed and embroidered garments, our blank items offer value, quality and a range of top brand names.

  • I am having difficulty completing my order

    Although we’ve streamlined our ordering and design system to make it as simple and stress free as possible, we appreciate that people may still sometimes have difficulty completing an order.   • How much is UK delivery?

    Delivery to any address in the UK will cost £10, and goods will be delivered 7-10 days after the order has been placed. Should you need an order to be supplied more quickly than that, please ring our Customer Service Team on 0208 912 1430 and ask about our express delivery and 24 hour dispatch options.

  • How long does international delivery take?

    Depending upon exactly where in the world the order is being delivered to, an international delivery will take the same time as a UK delivery, plus an additional period of between 3 and 7 days.
